東京と関西の私鉄は違うよ

なぜか、埼玉県在住の日置室長に連れられて、小川町へ行くことになった。

池袋から東武東上線に乗ってなんと約７０分！訳もわからず乗ってみるとなんと急行の終点。

大阪から７０分も私鉄急行に乗ると和歌山か姫路か・・・そりゃ遠いよね。

小川町に降り立ってみると、空気と言うか匂いが違う。そう田舎の懐かしい香り。妙に嬉しくなってしまった。中学生は自転車に乗ってヘルメットで通学してる。地元の日置氏は生き生きしてるし嬉しい気分です。

有名な温泉があるというので、日が暮れて花和楽の湯と言う所に行ってみた。露天風呂が雰囲気があって二人でたっぷり田舎気分に浸ってしまいました。

ところで、関西の私鉄と言うのは終点は都市であるのがほとんど。街と街を繋いでいると言う感じ。

しかし東武東上線に乗っていると、進めば進むほど田舎になってゆく。小川町と池袋のギャップはすごい。関西では都心から７０分でこんな自然は手に入らないような気がする。

一極集中のいい所と悪い所と何となく実感できる日になりました。

Looking at your dream and blog seem to be very "Lucky". Unfortunately, I am not so "Lucky" to joint your company trip to Hokkaido this Friday. 4 adults and one little child will joint the excelent Hokkaido trip, stay in the Sheraton for two days, and stay in the Haneda Airport for the last day. The subway in Tokyo is really different, as it dont function until late night, but your company have put us five people on the last flight and cause us unable to reach our home after the trip. I was told that there are many flight available for the trip but why the last flight? They did know a child is travel together but still assign the late flight, do you will ever do that to your own child? I felt been cheated by your company. I call your Tokyo office alomost everyday to have the schedule change, I was rejected three times and lastly a kind lady willing to help me check the available changes. I am wondering if your company motto and slogan is reaching your staff or just for glamour. My strip still haven't start but I already felt "extremely dispointed" with the flight arrangement, can you tell me how I can enjoy me trip? I am sure it will be my last trip to be arranged by your company, and I will definately warn my friends and colleagues to be very careful when planning for travel. never felt so dispointed trip before during my 4 years stay in Japan. I am sure your company can earn a few thousand yen more with my late flight, but you lost a few hundred potential customers in the future.

Sorry for such a negative comment in your blog, but I am really extremely dispointed with White Bear Family.
